We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or misused.
Service scope and data limitations
The Services are designed for professional training and development purposes only.
They are not intended for the storage, processing, or transmission of sensitive government data, classified information, or patient-identifiable data.
4) Access term and renewal
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, access to the purchased Adaptive Resilience course materials is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment or activation.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and for the named purchaser or named participant only.
After the initial 12-month access period, you may request renewal for a further access period, subject to the relevant course and platform continuing to be available and supported, and subject to our then-current renewal terms and any applicable renewal fee.
Renewal is not automatic unless expressly stated at the point of purchase and agreed by you.
Your purchase does not include access to future new products, add-ons, live workshops, coaching, bespoke support, or major new editions unless expressly stated.
We may update, improve, replace, or withdraw course materials from time to time. If we discontinue a course during your active paid access period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where reasonably practicable, continued access until the end of your current access period or an appropriate alternative.
4A) Live workshops and 1:1 training
Workshops: Dates, format, price, payment and cancellation terms for workshops and follow-up sessions are agreed with each organisation in writing before booking. Where that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement applies.
1:1 training: A 1:1 package comprises six online sessions of 50 minutes, weekly or fortnightly, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The package fee is agreed before you book. You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. A session cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, counts as delivered, unless the reason is beyond your reasonable control. Sessions must be used within 6 months of the first session. The package includes 12 months' access to the relevant online programme once it is released.
5) Payments, pricing, and taxes
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
You agree to pay:
Payments are processed via Kajabi’s integrated payment providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your card details.
If payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.
6) Cancellation and refunds
Your right to cancel (consumers): If you buy as a consumer – for yourself, not for a business or organisation – you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase without giving a reason.
Online programmes: If you ask for access straight away, you confirm at checkout that you agree to immediate access and that you lose your right to cancel once access begins. If you have not started accessing the programme, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
1:1 training: If you ask us to start sessions within the 14-day period, you can still cancel within that period, but you pay for the sessions already delivered.
How to cancel: Email pgruenewald@adaptive-resilience.co.uk with your name and the date of your purchase. We refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
After the cancellation period: Purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it or, at our discretion, in cases of clear technical failure that we cannot reasonably remedy.
Organisations: Purchases by businesses and organisations are not covered by the consumer cancellation right. Cancellation terms for workshops and organisational purchases are set out in the individual agreement or quotation.
